Accounting & Bookkeeping
Record and categorize daily financial transactions (e.g., rent payments, vendor invoices, sales commissions).
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts regularly.
Maintain and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely distribution.
Prepare and submit financial reports as needed.
Administrative Support
Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial and administrative records.
Assist in office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records.
Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Shipping & Receiving
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in orders.
Maintain inventory records and assist with stock management.
Coordinate with carriers and couriers for timely deliveries.
Customer Service & Sales Support
Assist customers with inquiries, invoices, and order processing.
Provide support to the sales team with billing, quotes, and documentation.
Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Minimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping.
Fluent English speaking and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
Experience in office administration, customer service, and shipping/receiving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Air Tool Technician

Tool Inspection, Repair & Maintenance
Conduct assessment inspections, testing, and repairs on a variety of air tools and torque wrenches.
Diagnose mechanical and operational issues, providing accurate repair estimates and quotes to customers.
Source and install replacement parts as needed.
Assemble tools and products from components to finished goods.
Ensure all repaired tools meet safety and performance standards.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
Customer Service & Sales Support
Communicate with customers regarding repair status, cost estimates, and service options.
Assist customers with product inquiries and provide technical support on tool usage and maintenance.
Work closely with the sales team to recommend tool solutions and promote services.
Inventory & Shop Maintenance
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure tools and parts are properly stored.
Track and manage parts inventory for common repairs.
Coordinate with the operations team for ordering replacement parts.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in tool repair, mechanical servicing, or a related technical field.
Post-secondary education in hydraulics, trade school, or OEM training is an asset.
Proven mechanical aptitude (experience in tool rental companies, lawn and garden repair, construction, pump repair, or automotive repair is an asset).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Strong knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
Computer skills are an asset (for inventory tracking and repair documentation).
Willingness to take training to learn new repair techniques and industry advancements.
